Oriented to the idea of a training that articulates being, knowing, doing and know-how, this article describes self-reflexivity and heteroreference as metacompetences acquired by students of the specialization in Family Therapy during the first training course at the Catholic University Luis Amigó in the city of Medellín, Colombia. From a qualitative methodology of hermeneutic cut, derived from an institutional research, the meanings of writings elaborated by different cohorts are reinterpreted, in which self-reflexivity and heteroreference inherent to the formativ e process
are found. In this line, the findings show a journey to the origin that gives meaning to learning based on rediscoveries about the relational, emotional, rational and behavioral architecture of the
student in training. This inevitably leads to the resignification of life experiences that contribute to well-being.
La Fundación Universitaria Monserrate - Unimonserrate, during 2019, carried out a study of policies and trends in higher education as input for the design of the 2020-2025 Institutional Development Plan. The objective of the study was to identify the main policies in higher education in Colombia, crossing elements about the trends in higher education for Latin America and the Caribbean, which could be applicable or provide a direction of action for Unimonserrate. The
elements found in the study, in addition to continuing in force, have been enhanced in different aspects as a consequence of the changes in the educational dynamics of the pandemic due to the implications of the use of technology, some of which are described in this article.
Editorial Universitaria Unimonserrate Copyright (c) 2023 Revista Hojas y Hablas http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revistas.unimonserrate.edu.co/hojasyhablas/article/view/410 Fri, 15 Dec 2023 00:00:00 -0500 Reincorporación económica de las FARC en los acuerdos de La Habana. Periodo 2016-2020 https://revistas.unimonserrate.edu.co/hojasyhablas/article/view/416
The present article exposes the different conclusions obtained from the work carried out on the subject of the economic reintegration of the FARC–EP until 2020, in the framework of the negotiation post- agreement between the Colombian state and this insurgency group. The fundamental objectives are identifying the subjects on which it has not been deepened and are relevant to the contribution to the construction of peace from the academy. It was a search for all the works that mentioned “Reincorporación Económica”. The works are classified in the first instance by the nature of the research, distinguishing between structural and subjective approaches. Inside
of each of these two sections, the works are classified according to their academic presentation, that is, they are distinguished between: Articles, institutional reports, books, undergraduate and graduate theses. We analyze the conclusions highlighted so far and conclude by identifying some subjects for which there are no very thorough investigations such as: The limited approach in the perception of the actors involved in the process, the disarticulation between structural
and subjective studies, the limit involvement of the faculties of economics and sociology in the study of the subject, the articulation of productive projects with rural development policies in municipalities PDET (Development programs with a Territorial Approach), etc.
This article links two different fields of knowledge: positive psychology and the epistemology of virtues. To this end, it presents, on the one hand, what intellectual virtues are, where and how open-mindedness is inscribed, and, on the other hand, what positive psychology is and what psychological well-being is understood from this paradigm. A specific type of well-being will be explored: optimal experience or flow, which, according to positive psychology, is the highest possible experience of well-being. The study of intellectual virtues is carried out from the epistemology of virtues, considering that they enrich intellectual work. The mutual implications between these concepts are analysed, as well as the benefits derived from this relationship:
psychological flexibility, the emergence of a different type of thinking (more creative) and a greater breadth in the horizon of intellectual reflection, among others. It is concluded that the intellectual virtue of open-mindedness favours the psychological well-being of the individual. Similarly, optimal psychological well-being promotes conditions of open-mindedness. Finally, some final conclusions are drawn and necessary questions for future reflection on the subject are suggested.
This article collects specific results regarding the role of evangelization and the formation of excellent human beings, authentic Christians and true servants of society through the transversal educational proposal Proyecto de Vida-SEAB, implemented in all the institutions of the Educational System of the Archdiocese of Bogota. These findings are achieved within the
framework of the investigation "Proyecto de Vida-SEAB: Building a path for integral, transversal and transformative human development". As a methodological definition, the feminist hermeneutics that generated critical suspicion of the traditional hetero-patriarchal interpretation and gave way to diversified interpretations is presented. It describes how the sexual prohibition
acquired religious traits until it generated gender stereotypes; The same who were challenged in the definition of the Judeo-Christian divinity by attributing feminine and non-binary features to it. Subsequently, some disruptive masculinities are raised in the Bible, —Jacob, David and Jonathan, and the eunuchs in the Old Testament; and the centurion and his servant in Lucas, the man with the pitcher in Marcos and Paul's sexual abstentionism— to finally describe the contribution they generate for the possible development of an LGBTQI + theology.
Editorial Universitaria Unimonserrate Copyright (c) 2023 Revista Hojas y Hablas http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revistas.unimonserrate.edu.co/hojasyhablas/article/view/420 Fri, 15 Dec 2023 00:00:00 -0500 Apoyo curricular a niños con TDAH https://revistas.unimonserrate.edu.co/hojasyhablas/article/view/421
This article shows a series of proposals to support children with
ADHD in the curriculum, guiding them in the academic and social process within the classroom, with the aim that teachers of educational institutions who read this text have a broader vision to work with them and thus have better results in their academic process. Social skills are fundamental for the current challenges of society, such as assertive communication, good behavior, courtesy norms, empathy, and interpersonal relationships. The study utilizes the grounded theory research method and semantic content analysis to conceptualize a theory based on the categories that emerge from the analysis. The study's findings indicate that learning communities can foster these key social skills through collaborative work on common projects. Students learn to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, understand and respect cultural differences, and develop empathy towards others. Additionally, students learn to work together towards a common goal, which helps them develop important skills such as leadership, decision-making, and creative problem-solving. The study
highlights that cooperative work on common projects within learning communities is crucial for the development of key social competencies.
This project focuses on the redefinition of the methodological elements of the curricular model of the San José Parish High School of the Archdiocese of Bogotá, for which the implementation of the tutorial learning system was developed. Taking into account the above, a systematization of experience was projected with a socio-critical paradigm and a qualitative approach that allowed the centrality in the educational social population for the construction of knowledge, generating a space for participant observation and focus group sessions to collect information required. In the institution it is evident that it is necessary to open spaces so that experiences, learning and narratives of the community emerge, the product of reflective dialogue and the analysis of their educational practices. This exercise implies thinking about the curriculum and educational models in a different way than the traditional one, focusing educational praxis towards learning from experience that inserts education in a constant process of innovation and redefinition to
consolidate new educational proposals.
This article addresses a problem presented in Colombia regarding how teachers approach the educational processes with deaf students. Its objective was to evaluate the pedagogical practices employed by primary education teachers for the teaching of deaf students. The methodology was aligned with the postpositivist paradigm with a qualitative approach and phenomenological method. As an instrument, a structured interview was conducted with 4 teachers from the Pablo de Tarso School in Bogota. It concludes that primary teachers employ diverse strategies and pedagogical adaptations to achieve inclusive education despite the communicative barriers faced
by deaf students. It is evident that communication and access to information are the greatest challenges that teachers face in teaching deaf students, and to overcome these challenges, it is necessary to focus on the development of communicative skills and the use of technology and adapted materials.
The objective of this reflection article is to discuss the relevance of thinking of Special Education as a discipline far from its character of specialized pedagogy where a reductionist view of the other prevails, of the subject with disabilities. The methodological approach used is of a qualitativeinterpretative nature that allows us to understand that Special Education is a discipline that is constituted as a space for otherness, where the recognition of the other is essential. The paper
discusses the relevance of a transgressive pedagogy to overcome the exorbitant normality that defines the human and that operates in educational spaces. In order to carry out the reflections, disability is articulated with precariousness, where the abject is enunciated as a political position to denounce the biopolitics of power which need to be disarticulated in the educational field and in the teaching praxis.
Editorial Universitaria Unimonserrate Copyright (c) 2023 Revista Hojas y Hablas http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revistas.unimonserrate.edu.co/hojasyhablas/article/view/425 Fri, 15 Dec 2023 00:00:00 -0500 Autonomía en clave de una educación transformadora https://revistas.unimonserrate.edu.co/hojasyhablas/article/view/426
Exposing experiences that children and adolescents live through autonomy and self-government in Benposta Nación de Muchach@s is to recognize a youth training proposal that promotes art in a self-governing model as an alternative for the construction of political subjects.
